About this property
60 Curzon transforms a storied 1930s Mayfair landmark into 32 lateral residences of exceptional specification. Under the creative direction of Thierry W. Despont, every home features ceiling heights of 2.7 to 2.8 metres, opulent marble finishes, bespoke joinery and a south-facing courtyard garden by Gustafson Porter + Bowman — a rare sanctuary at the very centre of Mayfair.
Local Area
Bordered by Green Park and Hyde Park, steps from Berkeley Square, 60 Curzon places residents at the intersection of London’s finest dining, private members’ clubs, auction houses and luxury retail. Annabel’s, Scott’s, Sotheby’s and Bond Street are all within minutes. Green Park station — connecting the Elizabeth, Jubilee and Victoria lines — is moments from the front door.
